1. General Policy
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene regulations, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products with broken seals
- Items not in original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during delivery
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery
4. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number, photos, and issue description
- Await approval before sending any item back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–21 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
