SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation, Outside the UAE for international deliveries, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary based on factors such as customs clearance, weekends, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

You can return your item or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.
